Amount: Makes 30 cups when using 1 teaspoon per cup.

Brewing Instructions: Scoop 1 teaspoons of tea leaves and place into a tea filter bag or strainer. Pour boiling water into a 6-8 oz. cup and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Drink 1-3 times per day while tea is hot or warm for optimum health benefits.
