We are committed to providing the best for our customers and if you're not satisfied for any reason with your single item purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You will only have to pay for postage to ship it back to us. To receive your full refund within 30 days, please include the following with your return package:
We do not offer refunds for auto-delivery products. The reason is because it is tied in with our recurring revenue program and a refund may affect the person who made a referral sale. It wouldn't be fair to them to request payment back, so we hope you understand. You can cancel your auto-delivery and if your notice is submitted to us before your credit card is processed for the next month, you won't be charged. To submit cancellations, login to your account to cancel or contact us via email or phone.
